How to cancel a domain name

To cancel a domain name or to not have it automatically renew, please follow these instructions.

Log into your client area https://www.pappashop.com/whmcs/clientarea.php

  • Click on Domains
  • Click on My Domains
  • Find your domain listed and click the button to the right that says Active
  • Click on Auto Renew
  • Click the button that says Disable Auto renew ( if auto renew is active )
