- Upload the image to your website
- In your storeadmin click on images
- Click on show images
- Then upload your image - click on browse - upload
- Look for your image in the list and click on the image name
- Copy the URL from your browsers address bar
- Log into your webmail (round cube only)
- Click on personal settings
- Click on the identities tab
- Click on the email account name
- Check on the HTML signature box
- Click on the HTML icon in the WYSIWYG editor
- Type in http://www.yourdomain.com/yourimage.jpg with the URL you copied earlier (replacing "yourdomain.com/yourimage.jpg" with your own.
- Click update
- Click Save
